Between Sets captures the gentle rhythm that exists beyond the ride itself. Three surfers are scattered across the shoreline, one gliding toward the beach while two others begin their walk across the sand. From above, layered bands of turquoise water, white sea foam, and warm shoreline become a study in repetition, light, and movement.

Part of LaLita King’s Shorelines collection under the Coastal Studies series, this original acrylic painting reflects her ongoing exploration of the hidden patterns found where land and sea meet.
