Thank you for supporting my work! Because I deal with both one-of-a-kind originals and print-on-demand items, please note the different policies below:
1. Original Artworks:
All sales of original paintings and drawings are final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for original pieces. This policy is in place because:
Integrity of the Work: Original pieces are unique and cannot be “restocked” or resold in the same manner as manufactured goods.
Fragility: The risk of damage during return transit is significantly higher for one-of-a-kind works.
Shipping & Insurance: We take great care in packaging and shipping each artwork. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, we are committed to assisting you with filing insurance claims to recover the value of your purchase. Our goal is to ensure your artwork arrives safely and that any issues are handled promptly and professionally.
Digital Discrepancies: While I strive to represent colors accurately, please note that slight variations may occur due to individual monitor settings and lighting.
I encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully. If you would like a video of the piece or additional photos before purchasing, please contact me and I will be happy to provide them.
2. Prints & Merchandising:
Prints and other merchandise on this site are fulfilled by a third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) service. * Returns/Exchanges: These items are subject to the specific return policies of the printing partner.
Quality Issues: If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within [Number, e.g., 7] days with photos of the packaging and the product so I can facilitate a replacement through the provider.
3.International Shipping & Customs:
We are thrilled to ship original art and creations worldwide. Please note that for international orders (outside the US), the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are typically charged once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Fulfillment: Original artworks ship from our studio, while Print-on-Demand items may ship from our global production partners. Items may arrive in separate packages.
4. Shipping & Damages
I take great care in packaging original works to ensure they arrive safely.
Damage in Transit: In the rare event that an original piece is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. You must keep all original packaging and provide photographic evidence for insurance claim purposes.
Return Shipping: In any approved return scenario (for prints), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is insured for its full value.
